Does Perspectiv support multiple legal entities?
Yes. Perspectiv supports multiple legal entities, in different countries and currencies. You can group legal entities together, so people can work on projects across the entities in a group while each entity keeps its own books.
Can I start with one module and add more later?
Yes. Start with the modules you need today and switch on more as you grow. Each module can be switched on on its own; areas only group them in the menu. Every module shares the same clients, people and projects, so nothing needs to be set up twice.
Can I change fields, page layouts and wording myself?
Yes. Your administrators can add fields, build custom tabs and page layouts, save list views, rename records and set your colors, without developers or consultants. See the framework.
What if I need a module or feature that isn’t listed?
Tell us, and we’ll consider adding it. Suggest a feature.
Does Perspectiv offer payroll?
Payroll is not part of our near-term rollout. We are planning a payroll integration, so you can keep your payroll provider while Perspectiv covers the rest of your people and accounting work.
Does Perspectiv use AI?
AI features are planned, and you stay in control: you will choose where AI helps, decide which data it may use, and review everything it does.
Security and data
Can we enable single sign-on (SSO) or SAML?
Yes. You don’t need an enterprise plan to keep your data secure: every plan includes single sign-on by default, with SAML or OpenID Connect.
Can I bring in data from the tools we use today?
Yes. You can import from spreadsheets, matching your columns to Perspectiv’s fields as you go, and export any list whenever you need it.
Can our clients and suppliers see information in Perspectiv?
Yes, only what you choose to share. Knowledge hub lets you publish help centers and documentation to your team, your clients or the public, and planned portals will give each client and supplier their own private space.
How is my information protected?
Perspectiv is built by a team that runs an information security management system aligned to ISO/IEC 27001. Roles, permissions and an audit log control and record who sees and changes what. Read our privacy notice.

When does the beta open?
The beta opens in Q2 2027, starting with Knowledge hub and CRM. Apply for the private beta and we’ll be in touch before it opens.
What does the beta cost?
Beta customers pay no license fee during the beta. When Perspectiv is generally released, beta customers get a discounted price for their first three years.
When will pricing be available?
Full pricing details will be released in Q2 2027.
What happens to my data when the beta ends?
Your data stays in Perspectiv, so you carry on where you left off. If you decide not to continue, you can export it.
