Workflow

Client collaboration, without the email chains

One front door for every client.

Clients want to know where their project stands, find the latest documents, approve the next step and ask for help, without an email thread. Perspectiv gives each client their own portal on the same record your team works from.

The steps

  1. A portal for each client, with their own sign-in
  2. Project status and milestones they can follow
  3. Documents and versions shared from the record
  4. Approvals and e-signatures on deliverables and changes
  5. Support requests with their history
  6. Published guides from the Knowledge hub
  7. Only what you choose to share, by client and role
  8. Activity on the client’s timeline

Where it usually breaks

Scattered channels. Status lives in emails, documents in a shared drive, approvals in someone’s inbox and support in a separate ticket tool. Clients ask the same questions, and your team spends hours answering them.

How Perspectiv connects it

The portal shows clients a view of the records your team already keeps: the project, its documents, the open approvals and their support requests. Nothing is copied to a separate site, so what clients see is always current. See what to share in a client portal for where to start.

Questions

Can clients see only their own work?

Yes. Each client sees only what you share with them, and you can set that by client and by role.

Is the Knowledge hub in the beta?

Yes. Knowledge hub, including published documentation, is one of the first parts of the Q2 2027 private beta.

When can we use this?

The private beta opens in Q2 2027 with Knowledge hub and CRM, with the framework underneath. The other modules in this process join as they are ready, and each one plugs into the same record.
