Contracts that drive the work
A contract in a shared folder cannot warn you about a renewal, check an invoice against the agreed rates or tell a project manager what was promised. In Perspectiv, the contract’s rate schedules, obligations and deliverables are data that the project and billing use.
Supplier contracts too
The same approach applies to what you buy: vendor contracts sit with your suppliers in procurement, with renewal reminders in a later phase.
