An ERP built for service businesses

Accounting, purchasing and people, connected to the work you sell.

Most ERPs were designed for companies that make and ship goods. Service businesses sell time and expertise, so the project, the people and their hours matter as much as the ledger. Perspectiv is an ERP built around that.

Why a services ERP is different

In a product company, inventory and production drive the ERP. In a service business, the drivers are clients, contracts, projects and people’s time. An ERP that treats projects as an add-on means extra integration work and month-end reconciliation.

In Perspectiv, projects, time and expenses create the accounting entries directly, so finance and delivery work from the same numbers. See ERP vs PSA for how the two fit together.

And if you also sell products

Many service businesses also sell hardware, licenses or materials. Perspectiv includes a product and service catalog, inventory by location and procurement, so products and services sit on the same quotes, orders and invoices.
