Services, support and docs around the customer

Software companies often have a CRM for sales, a separate tool for implementation projects, another for support tickets and a documentation platform. Each holds a slice of the customer relationship.

Perspectiv keeps the subscription, the implementation project, the support history and the documentation the customer reads on one customer record.

How Perspectiv fits a product company

Selling and renewing

Sell products, services and bundles from one catalog, manage subscriptions and recurring billing, and get reminders before renewals and expiry dates.

Implementation services

Run onboarding and implementation projects with milestones, deliverables and customer acceptance, with time and expenses tracked against them.

Documentation

Write product documentation once and publish it to a branded help center on your own domain, public or for signed-in customers only, with redirects when pages move.

Support

Handle incidents and service requests with response and resolution targets, and point customers to answers from your knowledge base.
