Software for event companies

Plan and run events in the same system as the clients who book them.

Event companies sell to clients, plan with suppliers and deliver on a fixed date. Perspectiv brings the client, the contract, the event plan, the budget, the suppliers and the attendees together, so nothing is copied between an event tool, a CRM and a spreadsheet.

One system from booking to check-in

An event usually touches a CRM for the client, a contract, a project plan, a budget spreadsheet, supplier quotes and a registration tool. When the client changes the date or the room, every one of them needs updating.

In Perspectiv, the event belongs to the client and the project. Venues, sessions, speakers and registrations sit on the event, and the budget and supplier costs sit next to them.

How Perspectiv fits an event company

Planning

Create event plans with budgets, and book venues and spaces with clash checks so two sessions never land in the same room.

Agenda and speakers

Build the agenda on a schedule grid, assign one or more speakers to a session, and publish draft or final agendas, including printable versions.

Attendees

Take registrations through an event site with personal agendas, keep dietary and accessibility lists, and check people in on the day. Attendees link to their client records, so you know who came from which client.

Suppliers and money

Raise purchase orders to suppliers, match their invoices, and see the event’s costs against its budget.

Questions

Does Perspectiv include event management?

Yes. Event management is planned, in its own Events area, with planning, budgets, venues, sessions, speakers, registrations and check-in.

Can we stop two sessions being booked in the same room?

Yes. Venues and spaces have clash checks, and the agenda warns about clashes for rooms and speakers.

Are attendees linked to our clients?

Yes. Attendees link to their client records, so event history appears with the rest of the client relationship.

When can we start?

The private beta opens in Q2 2027 with Knowledge hub (intranet and published documentation) and CRM, with the framework underneath. Projects and Finance join as they are ready.
