No second system to keep up to date
Many client portals are a separate tool your team has to update by hand. The Perspectiv client portal shows the same projects, documents and invoices your team works on, filtered to what you choose to share, so it is always current.
What to put in a client portal
Not everything belongs in front of a client. Our guide what to share in a client portal covers what helps, what to keep internal and how to roll it out.

Questions
Is the client portal available now?
Client portals are planned. Knowledge hub sites, which clients can sign in to, are part of the Q2 2027 beta.
Can we turn off a client’s access?
Yes. Access can be set to expire or revoked at any time, and every sign-in is recorded.
When can we start?
The private beta opens in Q2 2027 with Knowledge hub (intranet and published documentation) and CRM, with the framework underneath. Other modules join as they are ready.
