What a PSA does
Professional services automation (PSA) software helps firms that sell time and expertise to plan work, staff it, record time and bill for it. The core is the project: who is working on it, how much time it is taking, what it costs and what the client will be invoiced. See what is PSA software? for a longer explanation.
Why Perspectiv is different
Many PSA tools stop at the project. Contracts live in another system, invoices are exported to accounting, and purchasing and HR are somewhere else again. Perspectiv is a PSA and an ERP on one record, so the client, contract, project, hours, costs and invoice are the same linked data from start to finish.
- No integrations to build between the PSA and accounting
- Rates agreed in the proposal flow to timesheets and invoices
- Skills and certifications from People are used for staffing
- Supplier costs and subcontractors land on the project
Who it is for
Consultancies, agencies, IT and managed service providers, engineering and design firms, professional practices, and software companies with services teams. See Perspectiv by industry.

Questions
Is Perspectiv a PSA or an ERP?
Both. It covers what a PSA does and what an ERP does, on one shared record of your clients, projects, people and money.
Can we start with only the PSA parts?
Yes. Start with the modules you need and switch on more as you grow. Every module shares the same clients, people and projects.
When can we start?
The private beta opens in Q2 2027 with Knowledge hub (intranet and published documentation) and CRM, with the framework underneath. Other modules join as they are ready.
