Is Tasks free?
Yes. The basic My work page is free and always on for everyone. Team views come with the paid part of Agenda, whose price has not been set yet.
Do tasks need a meeting or a project?
No. You can add a task with just a title and link it to a meeting or a project later, or never.
Can my manager see my personal tasks?
No. Team views show shared work only; personal tasks stay private to you.
Can a task approve a purchase or submit a report?
Only through the module that owns it. Tasks shows the work and opens the right step, but the approval or submission happens there.
