Learning that feeds staffing
A standalone LMS knows who completed a course. It does not know which project needs that certification next month. In Perspectiv, certifications sit on the person’s record, so resource managers can staff by qualification and see renewals coming up.

Learning management opens as an alpha in Q1 2027, in the People area.
When can we start?
The private beta opens in Q2 2027 with Knowledge hub (intranet and published documentation) and CRM, with the framework underneath. Other modules join as they are ready.
